I was feeling kinda tropical today. Luckily, @bananarepublic was able to help with that. Btw, these pants are my little souvenir from my trip to LA. 😎🌴

Working on building a template for menswear sketches. Nobody wants to be a “one trick pony”. And, if you’re gonna do it, you should do it well. #practicemakesperfect (at Atelier dans le Grotte)

Yes, the clothes are cheesy, but it’s more about me creating my sketching style. (at Atelier dans le Grotte)

Have to say, I’m still pretty hurt over the loss of this amazing woman. Over the last few days, I’ve been trying to think of anyone who could take over Fashion Police and I’ve come up with nothing. Nobody can do what she did. She was truly one of a kind. #JoanRangerForLife
Who do you think you are, Rambo?
Or a cumulonimbus cavulotus or a cirrus or an altostratus?
Somebody to make somebody like me proud? #iBetYouThinkThisPostIsAboutYou

Disney makes Sleeping Beauty in 1959. (Sometime in the 80s, it becomes my absolute favorite Disney movie of all time.) In 2012, Harrods (@harrods) department store commissions various designers to interpret the Disney princesses for their Christmas windows. Aurora is done by Elie Saab (@eliesaabworld). In 2014, Maleficent premiers. Elle Fanning, who plays Aurora in the movie, wears a blue Elie Saab Haute Couture gown on the blue carpet. Aurora’s dress is blue throughout most of the 1959 movie, though today she’s usually pictured in pink (BLEHCK).

Today, September 5, 2014, marks my 8 year anniversary with this company. There’ve been highs and lows (many lows), but I can’t think (m)any other places I’d rather be working.
